Uses:
1. Heptahydrate
In industry, it is used to make ferric salt, ink iron oxide red and indigo-blue, as mordant, tanning, water purification, preservative of wood and disinfectant etc. In agriculture, it is for fertilizer, weedicide and pesticide treating wheat smut, etc.
2. Monohydrate
Usage: It is feed additive used as supplement iron which is necessary for poultry growth, also used as making iron oxide red, granule material is good fertilizer, which can effectively improve soil, , remove moss and lichen. It also is used as pesticide for prevention of pathological changes of wheat and fruit tree. Meantime, it is the catalyst making plant green and important for plant absorption.
